Compact ATSC 3.0 Field Signal Analyzer
Ensuring that end-users can receive good quality over-the-air (OTA) DTV is a primary concern for engineers working through the media delivery chain. ReFeree 3 is the perfect solution for field engineers looking to verify OTA signal measurements for either ATSC 1.0 or ATSC 3.0 networks. The unit is designed to be portable and works in conjunction with the user’s laptop PC (not supplied). ReFeree 3 is powered via the laptop’s USB port and provides the user the ability to conduct:
