Liquid-Cooled Transmitter, Designed for NextGenTV / SFN:

Hitachi-Comark has now developed the PARALLAX Compact —the industry’s most compact, next generation low to medium power liquid-cooled, solid-state DTV transmitter available for either UHF or VHF Band 3. 

PARALLAX Compact is a simplified and condensed version of our family of DTV transmitters. The new Compact design shrinks the entire transmitter into a simple and cost effective 27RU transmitter cabinet. The benefits of PARALLAX Compact are that it drastically simplifies the on-site installation and setup time as well as reduces the floor space requirements. Much like the larger PARALLAX transmitters, the Compact uses an external cooling pump system and outdoor liquid-to-air heat exchanger. 

PARALLAX features unique engineering that allows for the highest signal quality, reliability, and efficiency while keeping the cost of ownership as low as possible. We have incorporated the latest control system software/firmware named "OCEAN".  The new Ocean control system provides users with improved ease of use, comprehensive reports and other new features, continuing our commitment to bring latest and greatest technologies to our broadcast customers.  Most importantly, the Compact offers flexibility: no matter how large or small, each station is assured top-notch performance for its specific needs.
