Hitachi Kokusai Electric Comark LLC Credit Card Policy

Effective: January 1, 2020

Hitachi-Comark has recently updated our credit card policy. As such, there are new guidelines on acceptability of credit card transactions for Hitachi-Comark product and service purchases including:

  • Credit cards are an accepted form of payment for Customer Service replacement parts, factory repairs, as well as DTV transmitter and encoder purchases.
  • Hitachi-Comark accepts credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
  • All prices quoted have a 3.25% cash discount built into the price. Any purchase made with a credit or debit card will not receive the cash discount. A non-cash discount adjustment will be applied to your credit card receipt.
